You are required to file the annual NRA report if your property was assigned an NRA during the previous year, and the obligation applies even if the rental activity was limited or irregular.
If you are a citizen of the European Union, or of the Member States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or Switzerland and intend to reside in Spain for a period of more than three months, you must request the Certificate of Registration.

The NIE is an all-purpose identification and tax number in Spain.
You will need an NIE number for any official or legal process in Spain. The number is for each individual and cannot be used to identify anyone but yourself.

Once we have the completed forms and the payment, we will apply for a company name in the name of one of the shareholders. Companies House will issue a certificate with the company name.
