Legal Costs to incorporate a company are 1.250€, plus tax at 21% (1,512.50 euros). The Power of Attorney is included in this fee, please allow for Notary Fees. If the POA is signed in Spain, allow up to 100 euros.

Notary fees for incorporation 250 euros
