Make an English Will

Below are some questions which you need to answer, which will provide the details for your English Will. This form has been developed to allow you to clearly identify how you would like your assets to be distributed when the time comes.

A member of our experienced team of qualified solicitors will review your completed questionnaire and contact you to arrange a face-to-face meeting or a video call to go through your questionnaire and take your instructions. We will then send you a draft Will for review. You will need to attach a copy of your passport.

After our initial meeting, we will confirm our fees and ask for payment so that we can proceed with preparing your Will.
