Make a Spanish Will

Below are some questions which you need to answer, which will provide the details for your Spanish Will. This form has been developed to allow you to clearly identify how you would like your assets to be distributed when the time comes.

A member of our experienced team of Spanish Abogados and English qualified solicitors will review your submission and identify if there is anything unclear in your wishes which could cause problems for your heirs in the future. You will need to attach a copy of your passport.

Once reviewed, one of our legal team will prepare a draft will for your approval (this will be in English and Spanish). We will send you the draft document for your approval with guidance as to what you will need to do next, including how to get your will witnessed and logged with the relevant authorities in Spain.

If you are signing a Spanish Will outside of Spain then we will arrange for these documents to be registered with the Central Registry of Wills in Spain.

The fees do not cover any notary fees, courier expenses or travel expenses we incur on your behalf attending appointments with you or additional translator fees you may incur.
