Make an English Will

We will be pleased to draft your English will(s) for you which can be signed in Spain before 2 independent witnesses. The costs for a straight forward English will are set out below. If, after you have completed the questionnaire, the wills are more complicated than originally anticipated, we will contact you to discuss your requirements and any additional costs.

Please answer the questions below, which will provide the details for your English Will to be drafted. This form has been developed to allow you to clearly identify how you would like your assets to be distributed when the time comes.

A member of our experienced team of qualified solicitors will review your completed questionnaire and contact you to arrange a face-to-face meeting or a video call to go through your questionnaire and take your instructions.

You will need to attach a copy of your passport, or send us this by email to enquiries@mylawyerinspain.com.

After our initial meeting and the review of the questionnaire, we will confirm our fees and ask for payment so that we can proceed with preparing your Will.

The fees do not cover any courier or travel expenses we may incur attending appointments with you, all of which will be agreed with you before being incurred.).
