19 October 2026 | Tags: , ,

Are you looking for a Solicitor registered with the Law Society of England & Wales to witness or sign documents for you in Spain?

Need a Solicitor in Spain to sign a Statutory Declaration or passport application for you? Or do you require an English Solicitor to sign a transfer of property form?

Many British clients living in, or owning property in, Spain still have UK paperwork to deal with. Rather than travelling back to the UK, you can have your documents witnessed and signed here in Spain, by an English-speaking lawyer who understands what is required.

Why My Lawyer in Spain?

All of our services are delivered by English-speaking, qualified Spanish Abogados or British solicitors, so you receive practical legal advice in a language you understand. We are also committed to confirming the cost of our services to you in writing before we begin.

I have dealt with different lawyers but My Lawyer in Spain are exceptional. I don’t speak Spanish but that didn’t compromise the services as you get English speaking lawyers and documents sent for my signature were all translated for me. After our property purchase went through they helped set up direct debit for our utilities and other fees as well as Spanish will. They are marvellous lawyers to do business with.
