Spain’s Proposed Digital Nomad Visa

16 September 2021 | Tags: , ,

In conversation with Bloy-Dawson Alex reveals the facts behind Spain’s proposed Digital Nomad Visas. This is a national draft initiative set to offer tax and residency incentives nationwide to promote Spain to foreign start-ups and digital nomads. A draft law was created back in July.

Retired couple wish to stay longer than 90 days each winter! We keep trying the Spanish Embassy in Boston for the bilateral visa waiver re: Shengan agreement. They have not responded for 2 years. What can we do? Flying by Christmas to malaga.

When do you think such a visa could exist? Also, why aren’t such visas already available to foreign nationals who don’t need to work?
